Princess La Lux is a fictional, fully AI-generated virtual model operated by Luxor Visions (contact: [email protected]). This policy explains what data is processed on this website and by the publishing tool that posts Princess La Lux's own content to social platforms such as X, TikTok, YouTube and Fanvue.
1. This website
This website is a static page. It does not use accounts, forms, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not collect personal data from visitors. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery purposes, under its own privacy policy.
2. Our publishing tool and platform APIs
We use a private tool to publish our own posts to our own accounts. When we connect an account, the platform (for example X, TikTok or Google/YouTube) gives us an access token for that account only.
- We use these tokens solely to upload and publish our own images and videos to our own accounts.
- Tokens are stored securely on our own computer and are never shared or sold.
- We do not collect, store, analyse or sell data about other users of these platforms.
- We only read basic information about our own account (such as its name and ID) to confirm the connection.
3. Messages on Fanvue
If you send a message to Princess La Lux on Fanvue, the message is processed to generate a reply and is stored for the purpose of continuing that conversation. Replies may be generated with the help of AI. Messages are not sold or shared with third parties beyond the platform itself.
4. AI-generated content
All images, videos and the persona itself are digitally created with AI. Princess La Lux is not a real person. Content is labeled as AI-generated wherever the platform offers such a label.
5. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you connected nothing and only visited this site, we hold no personal data about you.
6. Age
Our accounts contain content intended for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly process data of minors.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
